Its been real long now since my last post (about 4 years)....and at this point in time, once again the thought of connecting with the world through my blog is enticing enough to get me started !
Here I go with my first post - A dedication to the "sister(s)"; a very solemn gesture to say "thank you"
to the spirit of womanhood - a tribute, a token of love to my sister in the form of this small piece...

I look unto thee, as my inspiration
And fight the odds, to win with exhiliration !
Mistakes I do, and you hasten to defend
I fall back upon thee, and my path you wend !
You maketh my world, so content and complete
Each day a new chapter, a memory to accrete !
You double my joys, share my pain
Dusk or dawn, summer or rain !
A company to rejoice, a shoulder to cry
A friend to reckon, a sister to rely !
You show me the path, and navigate my way
I sail through swiftly, and problems dont stay !
I confide in you my strength, my weakness;
Consign my secrets and talks endless !
We share a bond, stronger than the umblical cord,
which nothing can describe - no action, no word !
I thank the Arbiter, for the angel that he sent
The elixir of my life, veritably benevolent !
